Pressurebox is easy to use. Here is how:

1. Remove the bottom lid and insert your balls after play.

2. Close the lid firmly to ensure that it is sealed airtight. However, since individual strenght varies, make sure not to close the box harder, than what will make you able to open it again.

3. Press the main switch and leave it in the on-mode until the next time you play. Pressurebox will automatically build up and maintain the correct pressure.

4. Before opening Pressurebox again, shut off the main switch, press the deflate button on the lid. Open the lid, take out your pressurized balls, and enjoy!

Without a Pressurebox, approximately 20% of the ball's pressure is typically lost after just an hour of play, with further gradual decreases over time.

Problem: The compressor restarts often.

Answer: If the compressor restarts frequently, the lid may not be sealed airtight, causing the compressor to compensate for the pressure loss by restarting often. Ensure that you close the lid firmly. If the issue persists, check that the threads of the lid are clean and that no dirt is stuck. Problem: Battery time is too short

Answer: The shorter battery life is likely due to an improper seal of the lid, as mentioned in the previous answer. This can cause the compressor to restart frequently, consuming more battery power. Make sure to close the lid firmly.

Problem: The balls gets too hard.

Answer: Since the pressure inside Pressurebox is higher than the internal pressure in tennis & padel balls, the balls can sometimes get too hard if they are in the box for long. However, this is an easy problem to solve. Just open the box some time before you play, and the balls will get softer, as long as they are not stored under pressure.

Problem: The balls are too soft.

Answer: If the balls used are too soft & old initially, it may take some time to restore the pressure. It is advisable to use balls with some pressure from the start and utilize the Pressurebox frequently in between each session to maintain optimal pressure.

Problem: It is hard to open the lid

Answer: If you are having trouble opening the lid, there are a few tricks that you can try.

1. First, make sure that you have deflated the box. If you still can't open it, try using a glove, towel, or ask someone strong to help you.
2. If it still does not work, try to gently knock with a spoon around the lid, and then try to open.
3. Remove the silcone cover for better grip. Just push it up, and it can be removed. For the next time, check the inside of the lid for dirt and close the box softer.

Problem: The closing line is wrong.

The closing line serves as instruction of how to close the box in the best possible way. However, a few of our first batch products has the closing line wrong, indicating a too soft or too hard closing. In this case, disregard the closing line, and get to know the product well enough to close the box in a firm way so that it keeps airtight, but not with force, since this could make it hard to open again. The only sign to close it harder is if the compressor turns on frequently.
